Parks Breezy Knolls, Lowville, was established by Mac Parks in 1997. For over 70 years, the Parks family has had a long and proud association with harness racing. Fred Parks was a well known, very successful trainer-driver in New York and New England in the 1940's to 1960's, who held numerous seasons, track, and even World records. Together with his wife Frances, Fred passed on his love for horses to his son Donnie Parks and to his grandchildren Mac Parks and Kathy Whiteford, who have developed Parks Breezy Knoll into a growing and well-respected Standardbred horse breeding facility.
