Try Some Tug Hill Mud ...Hundreds of miles of ATV Trails for you to Explore
Tug Hill and the surrounding region offers an extensive collection of wilderness trails. Individuals and families will find the exploration and causual riding to be a great way to see the areas natural beauty.
Wet muddy springs, warm, breezy summers, and crisp, fresh autumns make Lewis County a great place to ride! Hundreds of miles of trails and off-season roads offer a different terrain for every preference. Many businesses located along the trails cater to the ATV enthusiast. You can take short afternoon rides or, better yet, plan a weekend. One of our local guides can help you plan the perfect trip.
Area ATV Clubs and The Lewis County Department of Recreational Trails, both play a very important role in the trial system care, safety and other trail needs. Please be aware of noise levels, do not trespass, or cause damage, it helps with ATV access and continued enjoyment for all of us.
Area ATV dealers can help you find a part or accessory if needed to keep you on the trails. You may find a list of dealers at lewiscountychamber.org.
